Valerie Woodhouse

Congratulations to today’s winner, Valerie Woodhouse, one of our Outstanding Women of 2022!

Nominated by Rebecca Zopf

“Valerie continues to explore opportunities to service the community through her farm and even hopes to someday unify her two passions, social work, and farming, by opening a farm-based therapy program. If anybody embodies the Vermont spirit, it would be her.” – Rebecca Zopf

  • Collaborating as a local farmer with local agencies and organizations like Willing Hands, Vermont Food Bank and NOFA-VT Farm Share Program to address food insecurities for Vermont residents.
