“My mom is amazing, caring and dedicated to helping others for 79 years and still going strong. Amazing woman.” – Cyndi Benoit

Betty Holton has always taken care of the people around her. She worked at UVM for 54 years, spending 45 years working in the renal unit. After having to learn how to navigate the family court system with her 9 month old granddaughter Betty wanted to help other families in the same situation. She helped start an organization to help grandparents raising grandchildren and she also volunteers for Guardian Ad Litem, supporting children who are in state custody, visiting their foster homes and acting as a voice for them in court.
