Kellie Thomas is a 6th-degree black belt who teaches TaeKwon Do to people from eighteen months old to seventy years old. In her own words, she teaches “to help people build self-confidence”. It is clear she does this out of love.” – Holli Boise

Kellie Thomas has been doing TaeKwon Do since she was eleven years old. Now as a 6th-degree black belt, Kellie teaches all ages from toddlers to grandparents in Addison, Chittenden, and Rutland counties. Through TKD Kicks Kellie organizes a break-a-thon each year, during which for every $10 her students raise they get to break a board using their TaeKwon Do skills. Walk to End Alzheimer’s

September 23 – Rutland, VT. Registration 9am, Opening Ceremony 10am. All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer’s further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
