Elizabeth Sweet’s unique approach to education is setting students up for success and fostering a love of learning. She firmly believes that “weird teachers build character,” and she brings this sentiment to her position as an Agriculture Teacher at Missisquoi Valley Union Middle and High School. Elizabeth encourages students to go beyond their comfort zone and believe in their ability to succeed, helping them build skills and confidence in public speaking, time management, and leadership. She is there for her students every step of the way, supporting and shaping the next generation of agricultural workers.
