Kathy Lavoie has stepped up to many positions in her community over the years. She led the Franklin/Grand Isle Workforce Investment Board in providing workforce trainings and job placements to local youth and worked with Restorative Justice Center to support individuals in successfully reentering society. Along with these roles, Kathy has served her local town on the Planning Commission and Select Board, working on planning grants and assessing affordable housing options. When she is not busy serving the greater community, Kathy loves to spend time with her family and watch her grandkids. Friends of Kathy will tell you, if you are fortunate enough to be in her circle, you are blessed!
