Ella Langley has landed her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, as Dandelion opens atop the chart with 169,000 equivalent album units earned in its first week. The release also posted 130 million streams, giving it the biggest streaming week for a female country album in more than two years.
The strong debut was driven in part by continued momentum around “Choosin’ Texas,” which has remained a major presence on the country charts. Dandelion, executive produced with Miranda Lambert, arrives as Langley’s breakout success moves into a new commercial phase.
The chart result also adds to a wider trend for women in country music. With Langley and Megan Moroney both scoring No. 1 albums in 2026, this is the first year since 2012 that two different solo female country artists have reached the top of the Billboard 200. Langley is currently on tour with Morgan Wallen, whose album sits at No. 2 this week.
