Vermont’s first-ever Navy Week is here — and 98.9 WOKO is proud to be part of it.

From August 24–30, Sailors from across the fleet will be in the Champlain Valley for community events, performances, STEM outreach, and more. We’re excited to help tell their stories.

Every weekday morning during Navy Week, Sailors will join us live on The Morning Roundup, and replayed in the afternoon with Sarah Spencer.  We’ll welcome them into the studio for a chance to share what they do and why they serve.

We’re especially proud that one of our guests will be Chief Warrant Officer 4 Jason T. Senecal of Essex Junction — a hometown Sailor and family member of our own Wild Bill.
